Bradelis NY is committed to providing you with merchandise that meets the highest standards of quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you ordered, we will be more than happy to assist you. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. When you receive your items:

  • Remove jewelry before trying on lingerie. Our lingerie is made from very delicate fabrics which can snag and tear easily.
  • Prevent perfume, smoke, and/or deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be returned.

Please kindly comply with the following criteria when returning items:

  • All items returned to Bradelis New York must be in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging and tags attached. They must be UNWASHED and UNWORN. Items returned to us that don’t meet these standards will be returned to the customer. Bradelis New York reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets the aforementioned standards.
  • If you feel as though you have received a faulty/defective item please contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to return the item so that we can investigate the defect.
  • Bradelis New York does not consider items eligible for return that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes; Fading, bleeding or transfer of colors from washing or sweating.
  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased with a third party promo code or on a third party website. These items are final sale items.
  • NuBra products, all panties, girdles, hosiery, lingerie detergent and SALE items are FINAL SALE

If you are interested in a different size, color, or item we ask that you place a brand new order with us. As an added convenience, we allow online returns at any one of our retail stores.


How to Return Merchandise:

Please submit your request for a Return by logging into your Bradelis NY account: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return (RMA) form. We ask that you be sure to include a copy of this form with the item(s) you are sending back to us. Please refer to our FAQ’s page for more specific details regarding the steps to take to return merchandise.

All merchandise sent within the US and US territories, should be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or another shipping method covered by insurance. All international returns (anywhere outside the US, including Canada), should be shipped via International Postal Service with insurance. All returned merchandise should be shipped with insurance of the total merchandise cost. Any losses or damages of returned merchandise during shipping is solely the responsibility of the shipping company.

The shipping charges for returns are non-refundable. However, shipping and handling charges will be fully covered by Bradelis NY for defective merchandise or incorrectly sent items.


A refund will be made upon the receipt of the merchandise, wherein a credit will be issued to the same credit card from which it was originally purchased. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you need more specific details regarding the length of time for a refund to be issued, please contact your credit card issuer or bank for more details.
