How to choose correct underwear for your body.

Your body shape changes day by day. It is very important to choose correct size to maintain your body shape.

How to Measure your Size Correctly

To get the most accurate results, measure without your bra on. If it’s possible, have someone else measure you. Please be aware that cup sizes may vary according to brand or design.

Here are some tips on finding the right measurement:

  1. Measuring your Top Bust:
Bend at the waist at a 90 degree angle and then measure your top bust. The measuring tape should run across the fullest part of the breasts straight all the way around your body.
  2. Measuring your Under Bust:
While in a standing position, measure your under bust line twice. Once relaxed, and once after taking a normal breath. If there is a difference of more than 1 – 2 inches, opt for the larger measurement. The under bust line is directly below the swell of your breasts around your ribcage. If you have difficulty measuring in a standing position, we suggest bending at the waist at a 90 degree angle. Place the measuring tape in the correct position, stand straight up, and then read your measurement.
