SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped from Japan via UPS Worldwide Express Saver®.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over $149 (USD) in select countries, including the United States and Canada. Please note that the minimum purchase amount for free shipping must meet the $149 (USD) threshold, regardless of the currency you are paying in. For customers in other regions, shipping fees will vary depending on your location and carrier rates, which are subject to change.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is between 4-10 business days after your order is placed (please note that delivery times may vary).

Shipping Package: Orders are typically delivered using UPS Bubble Mailer Envelopes. If you prefer a different type of packaging, please contact our customer service team—additional fees may apply. For orders with more than 5 items, we may use a carton box depending on the size of your items.

Order Processing: Orders placed on weekends or during designated company holidays will be processed on the next available business day. We use UPS Worldwide Express Saver® for the fastest delivery available, and no further expedited shipping options are currently offered.

Item Availability: In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email. To ensure a smooth process, please provide a valid email address and respond promptly to avoid any delays with your order.

*Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to personal import custom duties and foreign transaction fees. In such case, the customer would be responsible for all duty charges that are collected upon delivery of merchandise. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Foreign transactions may be charged in Japanese Yen. For foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank or credit card company for more information.

* Please select "Yes" on Signature Required for Delivery if you would like to avoid parcel being lost or misdelivered. In case your parcel is lost or you did not receive your parcel for any reasons, please kindly contact your local courier for further assistance. Bradelis will not be responsible for any compensation regarding delivery issues.
Please kindly note that some countries do not support UPS Signature Service, for example New Zealand, Bahamas, Brazil, Bosnia etc.

*Please note your package may arrive in multiple shipments. If that is the case, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order ships out. Items that are shipped separately will not be charged for additional shipping.

*For shipments to South Korea, it is required that you enter your PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) during checkout due to local custom regulations. If you do not have a PCCC, you may fill in your passport number as an alternative. 

ONLINE RETURNS

Before You Request A Return

Bradelis New York is committed to providing you with merchandise that meets the highest standards of quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you ordered, we will be more than happy to assist you and gladly accept returns within 14 days from the day of shipment received.
NOTE: Sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

For in-store purchases, returns/exchanges are not applicable. For more information, please contact the store you made a purchase with.
Please take note of the below if you need to request a return.

When you receive your items:

  • Remove jewelry before trying on lingerie. Our lingerie is made from very delicate fabrics which can snag and tear easily.
  • Avoid spraying perfume or body scent onto the garments, as strong odor may remain and will be rejected for return.  
  • Prevent perfume, smoke, and/or deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be returned.
  • If you feel as though you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to return the item so that we can investigate the defect.

Please kindly comply with the following criteria when returning items:

  • All items returned to Bradelis New York must be in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging and tags attached. They must be UNWASHED and UNWORN. Items returned that do not meet such requirements will not be accepted and be returned to the customer. Bradelis New York reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets aforementioned standards.
  • Bradelis New York does not consider items eligible for return if product is damaged as a result of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes but is not limited to: fading, bleeding or transfer of colors from washing and sweating.
  • We cannot accept returns for items purchased with a third party promo code or on a third party website. These items are final sale items.
  • For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on certain items. The following items are final sale—non-returnable, no refunds, and no exchanges:
      ・Panties, thongs, and girdles
      ・Pouches, Laundry Bags
      ・Discounted items (price marked in red)
    We also reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service.

How To Return Merchandise

Please contact us via email or live chat to request for a return. When you request a return, please kindly provide your order number, information on your return item and the reasons for returning. Our customer support will guide you through the return process. The customer should bear the return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a RA number and the return instructions.

For returns outside US and Canada,
The return address is located in Osaka, Japan. Further details will be provided after your return request has been authorized. 

Please refer to our FAQ page for more specific details regarding the steps to take to return merchandise.

*Please note: Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. All merchandise sent within the US and US territories should be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or shipping methods trackable and covered by insurance. All international returns (anywhere outside the US, including Canada) should be shipped via International Postal Service with insurance or other trackable methods. Any losses or damages of returned merchandise during shipping is solely the responsibility of the shipping company/customer.

The return shipping charges are non-refundable. However, shipping and handling charges will be fully covered by Bradelis New York for defective merchandise or incorrectly sent items.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to international shipping terms, we do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different size, color, or item please place a new order with us.

Refunds

A refund will be made upon once confirmed receive of the merchandise without any issues, wherein a credit will be issued to the same credit card from which the payment was made. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you need more specific details regarding the length of time for a refund to be issued, please contact your credit card issuer or bank for more details.
