How to Do the 3-Minute Bust Massage

You can use any skin-friendly oil, such as jojoba or almond—just a quarter-sized amount is enough. Warm it between your hands, then gently smooth it over your chest to begin the massage.

STEP1

Lightly press along your collarbone from the center outward, then sweep toward your underarm.

STEP2

Using your fingertips, gently knead the area under your armpit to release tension.

STEP3

Place both hands on the sides of your bust. Exhale as you gently press inward in a horizontal motion.

STEP4

Place both hands on the sides of your bust. Exhale as you gently press inward in a horizontal motion.

STEP5

With both hands under your bust, slowly lift as you exhale. Inhale and return to the starting position.

STEP6

Massage in small, upward circles from the base of the bust. Finish by sweeping toward the underarm and lightly pressing the hollow beneath it.
